Hey does anyone have any ideas for Valentine's Day? Any crafts that children can do? Cards are a big part of Valentine's Day. When I was little (yes it was a very very long time ago) I use to love making my cards for my family. I use to do a snowflake kind of heart. I would cut out a heart (usually on white paper) and fold it up in many folds and start cutting out pieces of it.
Then I would unfold it and it would look like a lacy kind of heart. Then I would paste it on a peice of folded construction paper. Then I would right my valentine message on the inside of the card.
I know this is an old idea. But I know there are a lot of newer crafts out there for all ages. Could you send some and we will post them so others can share your ideas.
I will also look up some other sites and post them. So maybe you can use some other peoples ideas.
