My grandson is 2 years 4 months old. Yes I know the TERRIBLE 2'S!!! But for it to get to me to that extent is strange. He has been and always will be the love of my life, but let me tell you, he is acting up so bad.
The other day we went to the mall. It was my daughter (Nichole), my grandson (Trystin), my granddaughter (Dannielle) and me. So Nichole had Dannielle in her stroller and I had Trystin in one of those shopping carts you get from JCpenny (yes I took the cart into the mall part so I wouldn't have to rent one) lol.
It started right from the beginning. He started throwing is shoes and socks, not only throwing them but aiming at people. He pulled all kind of things from the racks. I guess we were in the mall about an hour. The thing that broke the camels back was him trying to rock the cart and tip it over while he was in it. He truely almost got it to tip on to the hard floor. Well that was it, I told my daughter I was leaving. And trust me leave we did.
I think the new baby cousin has something to do with too. They both live in my home with thier mothers. But we have been giving him most of the attention, but I still think its not enough. He has been use to having all our attention solely for so long.
I would love to hear some other peoples terrible 2 situations. I know there is alot of them out there. I am the sole babysitter for him and I'm just hoping I can last through the 2's and even the trying 3's.
